Student Office


The study department is responsible for the following tasks, among other things:

  • Processing of all study law applications
    (Admission of students, registration for courses and examinations, recognition and repetition of examinations, issuing of certificates, organization of bachelor, master and diploma exams
  • Nostrification of foreign degrees
  • Keeping the directories for coursesand participation in the publication of the course catalog

Student Office - limited opening times

We only ask you to use party traffic in urgent cases (e.g. picking up final documents) in order to reduce personal contact to the bare minimum.

  • from 07.09.2020 - open - every Monday and Wednesday from 11 a.m. to 12.15 p.m.

We are at your disposal for personal appointments on Tuesdays.
For a quick and efficient processing of your request in the course of a personal appointment, we ask you to telephone in advance by the Monday before at the latest!

Mouth and nose protection is compulsory.

Please submit documents (applications, internship certificates, etc.), scanned legibly, by email from your student email account. You can also submit scientific papers by email.

  • During the lecture period:
    Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday: 11:00 a.m. - 12:15 p.m.
  • During the semester break:
    Monday and Wednesday: 11:00 a.m. - 12:15 p.m.
  • Tuesdays always by appointment (lecture time and lecture-free time)
  • Availability by telephone: on weekdays from approx. 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.,
    Difficult to reach or not reachable by phone during office hours (see above)

If your concern requires more time and preparation, please make an appointment in person, preferably on a Tuesday.
