How is nit Warangal for metallurgy?

Co-Founder & CEO

Corporate strategy, finance, PR & marketing, quality management, organizational development and human resources

Together with her husband and business partner Christopher, Mareike forms the foundation of DREIGEIST - the bridge builders towards the future.

It ensures the necessary stability, expands the future corporate strategy and acts as a link with the public.

She deals intensively with the needs and wishes of our customers, observes developments in the industry and focuses her team on the central corporate sense: "Use additive manufacturing sensibly".

Mareike studied business, marketing and management in London as well as business administration and psychology in Nuremberg.

Her great passion is aviation - so it was not surprising that after her student job as a check-in agent at Nuremberg Airport she remained loyal to the same for more than 13 years - most recently in the position of flight manager.

To switch off, Mareike spends every free minute with her dogs in the forest, is actively involved in animal welfare and attends seminars.

Operations Manager

Project management, quality management, consulting, sales

Johannes has a sound knowledge of project management and process optimization. As a qualified industrial engineer, he looks at the technical side of additive manufacturing in particular, as well as the economic side. He monitors and optimizes our internal processes and is the first point of contact for our customers.

He prepares profitability analyzes and feasibility studies, advises in the field of material and machine evaluation and coordinates projects.

He develops, establishes and manages our quality management system including the associated process landscapes. At the same time, he supports our customers in integrating additive manufacturing into new and existing quality management systems.

His passion for 3D printing is only topped by his passion for archery, where he regularly took part in the German championships before joining DREIGEIST (allegedly he doesn't have time for that anymore ...).

Project & Cleanroom Manager

Cleanroom manager, SLA & DLP expert, medical technology production, quality management

Leon is our cleanroom manager and responsible for the planning and implementation of the production in the cleanroom.

In particular, he is responsible for quality assurance of medical technology products and for monitoring processes in accordance with EN ISO 9001, 13485 and 14644.

Like no other, Leon knows how to optimize processes and develop and adhere to standards. He communicates the advantages of additive manufacturing for medical technology to our customers in a calm and level-headed manner.

He is a trained process mechanic for plastics and rubber technology and is continuing his education as a technician on a part-time basis.

Leon is a huge rugby fan - his team are the Hurricanes from New Zealand. Before important appointments, he cheers us on with the haka.

Sales Office & Assistant Quality Management

CRM & Sales, Quality Management, Supplier Management

Sabine is our rock in the surf - with an incredible amount of calm, patience, the ability to combine, accuracy and a very good ability to observe, she takes care of the well-being of our customers and partners.

Together with Kathleen, she is responsible for the inquiry and order processes, incoming and outgoing goods, logistics and, incidentally, she does our bookkeeping meticulously.

Her ability to find even the smallest gap in the system brings her profitably to the monitoring of our quality management system.

Sabine is a trained French translator (Si vous voulez, adressez-elle en français!) And worked as a secretary in a large corporation for many years.

She sings in a choir - and when she feels unobserved in the office too. If we ever found a DREIGEIST Big Band, she's definitely our front woman!

Co-Founder & CTO

Thought leaders, development & construction, consulting, training

Christopher is the creative mind and thought leader of DREIGEIST. His incredible intuition - his "nose" - is effective in so many projects that it is almost scary.

His experience in developing complex projects, his know-how in construction and his broad understanding of the industry make him a leading expert in additive manufacturing.

Christopher is a graduate engineer and studied mechanical engineering in Gainsville, Florida and Augsburg. In his previous position as lead design engineer at the Holzer group of companies, he successfully supervised FIM Moto2 / Moto3 and FIA Formula 1 projects, among others.

He is co-founder of the Formula Student Team Starkstrom Augsburg e.V., which is still supported by DREIGEIST as a sponsor today.

Material & Process Engineer

Application development, data processing, SLA & DLP expert, consulting

Darshan is an expert in materials and processes. He optimizes our machine parameters, develops new processes and applications.

He is our man, especially when it comes to material and machine qualification as well as strategy development and implementation of new pre- and post-processing processes.

Hands-on training gives you a deep insight into your broad specialist knowledge of additive manufacturing and, at the same time, you get to know a patient and pleasant person.

He did his Bachelor in Metallurgy at the NIT Warangal in India and his M.Sc. in metallurgy at RWTH Aachen.

Darshan of course loves to play cricket and his favorite team are the Mumbai Indians. Let's see if he will eventually make us understand the rules of the game ...

Marketing, visual communication, graphic design, organizational development

Monika is an old hand in the field of graphics & design. Most of the time she has at least 3 machining programs open at the same time and still appears calm and relaxed.
