This vital salad tastes light and digestible. The recipe is refined with turkey strips and rounded off with a yoghurt mustard dressing.

  1. Wash and pick the lettuce. Grate the carrot into fine strips, cut the cucumber into slices. Quarter the tomatoes and take the corn out of the tin and rinse with cold water.
  2. Mix the dressing made from yogurt, olive oil, mustard and balsamic vinegar in a bowl and let it steep. (approx. 20-30 min.)
  3. Meanwhile, cut the meat into strips, season with salt and pepper and season with a pinch of red paprika powder.
  4. Heat the olive oil in a pan and fry the meat for a few minutes.
  5. Arrange the lettuce leaves on plates, place the cut vegetables on top and pour the dressing over them. Just put the meat on the salad and serve with white bread.
