With this question, underline characteristics that are insufficiently developed in your company and therefore expandable. For example, you can mention here that you are being too scrupulous and double-check things before, for example, submitting a document. However, you should emphasize that this is due to an effort to do a good job, and not due to a lack of professional competence.

Which books have influenced your career the most?
Here you mustn't answer that you didn't have time to read, or just read comics. If you really read only a little, you can switch to news platforms on the Internet when answering this question.
Otherwise, caution should be exercised on political and other sensitive issues. It also makes no sense to be the current number 1 on the bestseller list if you haven't read the work. That could end up embarrassing.

You seem too inexperienced for this job, don't you think?
Now you have to convince the interviewer of yourself. Even with little experience, you can bring a breath of fresh air to the tasks and tackle the challenges in an unconventional way. What is important here is a self-confident appearance and mention the plus points on your competency account.

General tips

Don't forget your humor on this very important matter. For example, the question “What are your weaknesses?” Can be answered with “How much time do you have”. This bridges some time and you can come up with a suitable answer. Don't overdo it with your humor, however, and quickly get back to answering the question with seriousness.
